To delete a comment, complete these steps:

1. On the Comments task pane, select the comment that you want to delete. The text of the comment is displayed in the lower half of the task pane.
2. Click the Delete button in the middle of the task pane to delete the selected comment. A delete confirmation dialog box opens.
3. Click Yes to permanently delete the comment and all of its child comments and subchildren. Deleted comments cannot be restored.
